A2: No MOQ for in stock items. MOQ for customized items is 500 pcs per SKU(lower in certain circumstances).

4. Revise samples until meet your requirements
A4: Please email us with the product/picture and your purchase quantity or any requirements.
A5: Free stock sample in your delivery cost. For customized items, sample fee is required, please email us with specific details. The sample fee is refundable when placing formal orders. Sample time is generally within 5-10 working days.
A6: We will provide templates for your design if you have designer. If not, our designer will help you if you need.
A7: 1. Confirm the tech pack (designs, Pantone color number, size)
2. Make samples and revise samples until meet your requirements
3. Confirm pre-production sample and make 30% deposit

5.Send shipment sample for confirmation
6.Make 70% final payment+shipping cost
